Linh Pham is an experienced trial attorney in one of the most reputable Regina law firms. He previously worked with Merchant Law Group LLP before opening up his own legal practice and focusing on the defence of serious criminal and drug offences.
Mr. Pham completed his legal education in 2010 at the University of Southampton, School of Law in Hampshire, England after receiving numerous scholarship offers for academic excellence, and was Called to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2014.
Harvey Singh is a lawyer whose practice focuses primarily on criminal defence, alongside select civil litigation and immigration matters. He brings to the firm a diverse legal background, combining international legal training with courtroom experience in Canada. Since his call to the Saskatchewan Bar in 2023, Harvey has represented clients facing a wide range of criminal allegations, appearing in court on bail hearings, contested applications, trials, and resolution negotiations.
Prior to relocating to Canada, Harvey practised law in India following completion of his Bachelor of Commerce in 2011 and Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in 2015. His early practice focused on civil litigation, including property disputes, landlord-tenant matters, family law issues, and negotiable instruments cases. During this time, he also appeared in summary criminal proceedings, gaining valuable early experience in courtroom advocacy and litigation strategy.
In addition to being a member of the Law Society of Saskatchewan, he is also called to the Law Society of Manitoba, allowing him to represent clients across multiple jurisdictions.
Fluent in English, Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi, Harvey is able to effectively serve a diverse client community. His practice is defined by careful preparation, strong advocacy, and a commitment to protecting the rights of individuals facing the full power of the criminal justice system.
Mihir Sharma is an articling student at the firm and has worked closely with Mr. Pham for over two years. Having first served as a legal assistant before commencing his articles, Mihir brings a depth of practical criminal law experience that sets him apart at this stage of his career. His work at the firm has given him direct exposure to the demands of criminal defence practice and a strong foundation in legal research, file preparation, and case strategy.
Prior to relocating to Canada, Mihir practised as a licensing and regulatory lawyer in India, overseeing cross-border matters involving China and the United Kingdom. He also worked with multinational law firms in China, where he contributed to high-stakes corporate litigation. This combination of domestic criminal law experience and international legal practice gives Mihir a sophisticated and well-rounded perspective beyond that of a typical junior lawyer.
Mihir graduated with honours in 2019 from Jindal Law School in India. He was the recipient of the Jindal Academic Studentship, along with other academic distinctions recognizing his strong performance. He is expected to be called to the Saskatchewan Bar in early 2027.
